Good morning! Today I am sharing a card that we made at the second Christmas Stamp-A-Stack class on Friday night. Making wreaths with stamps is fun and easy! This wreath is made using the pine branches and pine cones in the Berry Merry stamp set from the Holiday catalog and was inspired by Dena Rekow and Oksana Semenski.
I created a template from the card board found in the Designer Series Paper packaging the same size as my front panel. Then I punched a 2 1/2″ circle in the template. When you line up your card stock underneath the template, simply take a pencil and lightly trace the circle. Now you have the base for your wreath! Just stamp the pine branches using the circle as your guide. Pretty easy! The large pine branch is stamped with Pear Pizzazz while the smaller branch is stamped with Garden Green ink. The pine cones are added last and they are stamped in Soft Suede. The flower is punched from Cherry Cobbler scraps with the Petite Petal punch. Layer one on top of the over, offsetting the petals just a bit. Finally, add an Iced Rhinestone to the center and your wreath is complete. The sentiment is from Six Sayings hostess set found in the Holiday catalog. Hope you like it!
