Love Of Leaves

Hi!  How are you today?  Back today with another card featuring the Baby Wipe and Love of Leaves bundle.

I have fallen in love with this bundle.  I hadn’t realized when I got this set that the when you die cut a leaf, it leaves a stitched border behind.   So, I decided to use that as a frame for my leaf.  Remember when I showed you the Baby Wipe technique earlier in the week, well, I made so many leaves (and I still haven’t used them all) – that I thought I’d use one of them with the stitched outline – and this is the result.

To add interest to the card, I added three strips of Early Espresso cardstock of different widths behind the leaf.  The sentiment is stamped on the Whisper White layer.  The base is Thick Whisper White – 4 1/4″ x 11″scored at 5 1/2″ and folded.

A pretty easy layout to replicate.
