Hi! We are counting down the Annual 2020-2021 Annual Catalog and today we are saying goodbye to Geared Up Garage and coordinating dies with these masculine birthday cards!
Did you check out the prints in the Well Suited Designer Series Paper from the January-June Mini Catalog? They are great to pair with this set in the Annual Catalog.
For this particular card, I stamped the car in Memento Black ink and colored with the Real Red Stampin’ Blends. The sentiment is from the Blossoms in Bloom stamp set and also stamped in Memento Black ink.
To add a little flair, three banner tags were created using the retiring Triple Banner punch from Basic Gray, Real Red and Basic Black card stock.
For this second card, I switched up my color palette to Gray Granite and Night of Navy.
The designer series paper is once again from the Well Suited Designer Series Paper pack in the January-June Mini catalog. The gas can and tool box are stamped in Night of Navy ink and die cut. The gears are die cut from Night of Navy card stock. I added the oil splotches behind my tool box using Gray Granite ink. I love how this card turned out. As I have a brother-in-law that is a mechanic, this card is perfect for his birthday!
I have a few family members that are into cars and racing and the top card will be perfect for them.
