Hi! How are you today? Hope you are doing well. I have a blended fold card for you today – it’s a combination of a Z-fold and Joy Fold card. I went with a Halloween theme as well because this little guy is just too cute.
He is from the Cookie Cutter Halloween set in the Holiday Catalog and there is a matching punch to go with it! The sentiments are from the Spooky Fun set – also a great Halloween set that has coordinating Framelits. The Design Series Paper is from the Halloween Night Specialty Designer Paper pack.
Here are directions on how I did the folds:
- Base Card: 4 1/4 x 11 – Score at 5 1/2″ and 8 1/4″ along the 11″ side.
- Fold up on the 5 1/2″ score and down on the 8 1/4″ score. (This makes the Z-fold)
- For the Vampire panel – Cardstock is 3″ x 8″ – score at 4″ along the 8″ side.
- Fold on the 4″ score and attach to the back panel of the Z-fold.
Here is a side view of the card:
The little “eek!” circle is placed to allow you to tuck the corner of the front panel under to keep the card upright.. (This is the Joy Fold part).
What do you think?
Thanks for stopping by!
