Here is my last card featuring this bundle:

The holly is colored with the Assortment #2 Watercolor Pencils – Garden Green, Cherry Cobbler and Granny Apple Green and a blender pen. The sentiment is stamped in Cherry Cobbler Ink. 4 of the coordinating dies were used for the die cuts – so yes, you get that cute bow under the sentiment in the pack of Framelits.

Hard to see in this picture – but I did run the Crumb Cake card stock through the Big Shot with the Subtle Embossing Folder. If you want a better look at what the Subtle Background adds to a card, check out this post.

I am truly going to miss showing this bundle but will be moving it over to my personal collection for sure.

I Hear

Wedding Bells! I saw a card by Lori Mueller using the bell in the Blended Seasons bundle as a wedding bell and thought “Genius!” I love how versatile this bundle has turned out to be! If you haven’t gotten it yet – now is the time as this bundle is only available until August 31st. Order HERE!

Ok, so here is my wedding card:

Wedding, Blended Seasons, Stampin' Up!, SU!

What do you think? For the bell, I colored with Stampin’ Blends Rich Razzleberry and Daffodil Delight. The Designer Series Paper on the left is from the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper pack.

I love the front cut on this card. I started with a 4 1/4″ x 11″ piece of Rich Razzleberry Cardstock, scored at 5 1/2″ and then trimmed off 3″ from the front. I turned this piece sideways and used it for a front flap. Very cute, right?

The Basic Black mats measure 2 1/4″ x 4″ for the mat beneath the Designer Series Paper and 2 3/4″ x 4″ for the front flap. The Designer Series Paper measures 2″ x 3 3/4″ and the Whisper White panel measures 2 1/2″ x 3 3/4″.

I did include a piece of Whisper White for the inside of the card – this measures 4″ x 5 1/4″. It helps frame the front panel as well.

Early Thanksgiving

I love this card for Thanksgiving! A bit on the simple side, but the fun fold just bumps it up a notch. I shared how to make this card in a Facebook Live a few weeks ago. Here’s the video:

The Wheat is stamped in Crushed Curry ink while the sentiment is stamped in Early Espresso. The base is Early Espresso. The Designer Series Paper on the main panel is Wood Textures, while the strips on each side are from the upcoming Country Lane suite found in the Holiday Catalog. That will be available on Sept. 5. Merry Christmas Holly

Hi! How are you today? Here is my next installment using the Blended Seasons bundle that is only available this month. You’ll find it in my on-line store here.

This is a Christmas version of the Birthday card I featured a few weeks ago. The colors for his card are Garden Green and Cherry Cobbler. The Watercolor Pencils and a Blender Pen were used to color the holly and hte bell. While it is difficult to see in the picture, I did use the Clear Wink of Stella glitter pen on the bell and berries in the holly. Here is a view of the back of the card:

I Just Miss You

Miss You, Flowers, Blended Seasons, Stampin' Up!, SU!

This card features the flowers that are in the Blended Seasons stamp set. They are stamped in Jet Black StaZon ink on Crumb Cake card stock and colored with Watercolor Pencils – both assortments. The leaves are colored with the Garden Green pencil while the flowers are Flirty Flamingo with highlights of Melon Mambo. The flower centers are Crushed Curry. An Aqua Painter is used to blend the colors. I really love the soft look this card has and think that using Crumb Cake for my neutral layer helped achieve that softness. The sentiment is stamped in Jet Black StaZon as well. A few Basic Adhesive Backed Sequins finishes off the card.

The stamped panel is Crumb Cake measuring 4x 5 1/4″. The base layer is also Crumb Cake and measures 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ – scored at 4 1/4″ and folded in half. This card would be perfect for so many occasions just switch out the sentiment.

Black And Gold

Hi! Today I have the card I demonstrated on last night’s Tuesday with Teresa Facebook Live Demonstration!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE how this turned out! The leaves are stamped in Versamark on Basic Black card stock and heat embossed with Gold Embossing Powder. Watercolor Pencils are used to color the leaves – they are so vibrant on the Black cardstock.

Here’s the video:

The sentiment is heat embossed with Gold Embossing powder as well on a piece of Basic Black scrap cardstock and then die cut with the stitched frame from the Stitched Seasons coordinating die set. I love the stitched look around the sentiment. There are 3 different sizes of this shape in the set.

Lastly, I die cut the little swirls from Gold Foil paper to attach to the back of he sentiment frame.

The Basic Black stamped panel measures 4 x 5 1/4″ and is mounted on a piece of Gold Foil paper that measures 4 1/8 x 5 3/8″. The base is Basic Black card stock measuring 5 1/2 x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″ and folded in half.
